From our first conversation to your website launch, you'll work directly with me. I'll guide you through each stage and keep the process clear and straightforward.
Project Discussion
We'll discuss your business, goals, preferred style, website pages and the features your project needs. I'll use this information to understand what you want to achieve.
Proposal & Agreement
I'll send you a personalized proposal outlining the project scope, price, timeline and payment details. Once we agree on everything and the 50% deposit is received, I'll begin working on your website.
Design & Development
I'll build your website in WordPress, keeping it responsive and aligned with your brand. You'll be able to review the progress and share your feedback.
Review & Launch
We'll review the completed website together and finalize the agreed adjustments. Once you approve the website and the remaining 50% is paid, I'll prepare it for launch.
50 / 50 Payment Structure
Your project is divided into two payments. You'll know exactly when each payment is due, with the full price agreed before work begins.

Payments are accepted via bank transfer or PayPal. I'll provide the payment details and instructions in your project proposal.

Here are answers to some common questions about my web design services and the project process.
How long does it take to build a website?
The timeline depends on the type of website, number of pages and required features. A landing page typically takes 5–7 days, while a business website usually takes 10–14 days. I'll confirm the delivery timeline in your personalized proposal before work begins.
What do you need from me to get started?
I'll need some information about your business, your goals, preferred style and the content you want to include. If you already have a logo, brand colors, text or images, you can share them with me. I'll explain what else is needed during our project discussion.
Will my website work on mobile devices?
Yes. I build responsive websites designed to adapt to desktop, tablet and mobile screens. I'll also review the layout and usability on different screen sizes before launch.
Can I request changes during the project?
Yes. You'll have the opportunity to review the progress and share your feedback. The agreed revision scope will be included in your project proposal. Requests outside that scope may require an additional quote.
How do payments work?
I use a 50/50 payment structure: 50% before work begins and the remaining 50% after your final review and approval, before the website goes live. Payments are accepted via bank transfer or PayPal.
Do you offer hosting and support after launch?
Yes. Website Hosting is available for €100 per year. I also offer Website Care for €300 per year or Website Maintenance for €15 per month. The included tasks and support terms will be confirmed before you subscribe.
Will I be able to update my website myself?
Yes. I build websites using WordPress, so you can manage content such as text and images through the WordPress dashboard. If you prefer not to handle updates yourself, we can discuss an ongoing support option.
